About Me

I graduated from Willamette University then entered the work force at a corporate law firm in Seattle. I subsequently taught English in Japan and Special Education in Seattle and traveled around the world. I have worked, studied in and traveled to 79 countries. Traversing the world has demonstrated to me how fortunate I am to live and work in the Pacific Northwest.

In 2006 I teamed up with my mom, Sally Boge, who was a successful real estate broker. Sally was a great mentor and I quickly learned all the intricacies involved with real estate transactions. Sally and I made a powerful team for several years. Sally retired in 2011, knowing our clients are in excellent hands. I have been involved with approximately 600 real estate transactions.

I am happily married to Ted, and I have two French Bulldogs, Whiskey & Barley. I love traveling, playing tennis and exercising, reading, spending time with friends and family, dogs, happy hours, wine-tasting, scuba diving, snowboarding, and attending classes on various topics related to real estate (seriously!).

I thoroughly enjoy and excel at the many different components involved with being a successful realtor: marketing, negotiating, pricing, real estate contracts and legal aspects, market and trend analysis, staging, matching people with homes and properties, communication and problem solving. I have earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, Certified Negotiation Expert and Accredited Staging Professional designations. Working as a real estate broker is a great match for my skill set, energy level and personality. I can’t think of anything I’d rather do than represent home buyers and sellers!

About Me

I have been an assistant with The Grandpre Group since 2015. I became a licensed real estate broker in March 2020 and transitioned to full-time. I have over 10 years of real estate experience and excel in managing the ever-changing priorities of the real estate world. I have numerous roles and responsibilities from marketing to transaction coordination and I keep things running smoothly in the office while Jessie is out in the field or focusing on time sensitive matters.

My husband, Josh, is a general contractor and we run a construction company together. Josh and I have bought and sold 7 times and have lived through a few remodels. I understand construction and the ins and outs of home maintenance and improvement. I have been Jessie’s sounding board for years and our clients will benefit from my technology skills, forward thinking and attention to detail.

Besides a short stay in Bellingham to earn my Communication Degree from Western Washington University, I have lived in South Snohomish County my whole life. My family currently resides in Edmonds, where Josh and I both grew up. We have two kids, Chandler and Preston, and two goofy labs, Winston and Edison.

We genuinely look forward to working with you to help achieve your real estate goals.   My expertise as an appraiser lends to an unique approach on locating and listing properties.  My experience as a real estate appraiser spans 30 years.  I honed my skills as an assistant in a busy appraisal office for 10 years and in 1998 I became a state certified appraiser.  I am expert in analyzing market value for every style, quality and condition.  As a real estate agent I have mentored under and now partner with Jessie Grandpre, a seasoned and successful agent.  Our combined capabilities provides knowledgea­­­­ble and exceptional representation for our clients.  I grew up in Kenmore and have lived in King and Snohomish Counties my entire life.  I love living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest!
